Nokia finally took the wraps off its Lumia 1020 handset, the first Windows Phone device to come equipped with the 41-megapixel PureView camera sensor. The Lumia 1020 phone has a 41-megapixel sensor and image-stabilizing technology whichis otherwise uncommon in smartphones. Sporting a new feature called Dual Capture, the Lumia 1020 is able to simultaneously take a 38-magapixel image for editing and a 5-megapixel image for sharing on social networking sites. It also captures blur-free videos with stereo sound even at the loudest concerts due to Nokia Rich Recording, designed to handle sound pressure levels six times louder than conventional smartphone microphones.
